Here is what they had to say about Moi Styling: "Moi Styling is truly amazing when it comes to styling for grooms. We were so impressed with Rozanne’s attention to detail and good service that we can strongly recommend her services to any groom and even any man for that matter.
Rozanne, thanks so much for making our special day even more special!"

Nadim
About a month ago I styled Nadim for his wedding. He looked funky and very stylish in his 3 piece Carducci C2 Suit, Light grey Carducci shirt with polka dots and bow tie. Here is what Nadim had to say about his Moi Styling Experience:
"Rozanne can fit you perfectly into an off the shelf suit, first time around, with only ones personal sizes to go on. Never has shopping for a fine jacket, pants and pair of shoes been this pleasant. The fitting was straight forward, fuss free and the goods available at a tremendous value. It is difficult to imagine having to wade through countless shops and ill-fitting clothes at a shopping mall, knowing that Moi Styling has all my elegant men's wear needs covered: The closest thing to a tailor-made experience, without the wait and without all the fuss. I will recommend her to my friends and colleagues in a heartbeat."
Thanks Nadim, can not wait to see the rest of your photos!

Real wedding: Nicola and Kevin
Styling Kevin was an easy task not because his style was simple but they are such warm people and were so pleasant to work with. He wanted a beige suit and the rest were still debatable. After a 20 minute fitting Kevin left with his Emilio Orsini suit .
I absolutely loved this suit because there were only a few made in this specific fabric. So Kevin...Consider this a one of a kind suit!
After our first fitting Nicola phoned me asking if I will be able to style the other most important men in her life: her Dad, stepdad and Kevin's dad.
I styled them in navy and charcoal suits. Quick and hassle free they came for fittings and left with their complete new style.
This is what Nicola had to say about Moi Styling:
"You made that man and men in my life look so handsome they stole the show! Thanks for the impeccable service; accommodating our delayed flights and styling the most important man in my life now :)"
It was more than a pleasure meeting Nicola, Kevin and their amazing families. I wish you all of the best!

Real wedding: Willene and Oloff
I was driving to my supplier on my last day of work when I received a phone call from Willene. She was desperately looking for matching charcoal ties with pocket handkerchiefs as well as some of my hand made boutonnieres for the groom and his best men. Knowing that the factory closes the next day I phoned around and finally found someone who could make some ties. Within 2 days the ties and boutonnieres were ready in time for Willene and Oloff's wedding that weekend.
Here is what Willene had to say about Moi Styling:
"Moi Styling saved the day! Up to a week before our wedding we could not find similar ties with matching pocket hanky’s for the groom and his 6 best men anywhere. We almost gave up on the idea of dressing them smartly by the time I called Rozanne. She immediately came to the rescue with the most beautiful silk ties and matching pocket hanky’s and as a bonus - stunning hand-made boutonnieres, matching our wedding colours exactly. Each step of the process was carefully coordinated and she kept checking if we were happy as she progressed with the design. How wonderful to have found a company who understood our need, communicated through the process and who could deliver on such short notice even when her factory already closed for the holiday season!
The only aspect we regret is that we did not contact Moi Styling from the start – it would have saved us precious time and a lot of stress!
We wish Moi Styling all the best and may you become the preferred one-stop-shop for many wedding parties in the future."

Cuban inspired wedding theme: Groom's attire
Some of my clients choose to not have a formal wedding with the traditional black suit, matching ivory waistcoat and tie and white shirt. Some feel that their wedding should be a bit more fun and festive. In their words it must be "informal". Now in my vocabulary for styling weddings there is no such thing as "informal" weddings. No matter how laid back your wedding theme is, the bride and groom along with their bridesmaids and groom's man should set the tone of the wedding and should some how still keep some basic traditions of a wedding style but give it a modern twist to portray the "informality" of the wedding theme.
I've put together a Cuban inspired look. One can still option for the groom to wear a tie and the groom's man to wear open collar shirts but this look as it is says "informal" but still holds the basic style sense of a traditional wedding look.
Here I have a black C2 Carducci slim fit pants with matching waistcoat. White Carducci shirt with Black stitching detail on the collar and cuff. The inside of the neck and inside of the cuff has black detail for a modern yet formal finish to an amazing shirt. This shirt is versatile and can be worn with or without a tie. To add to the Cuban inspired look and add a fun and festive feel to this look I made a red and turquoise boutonniere.

My Wedding day Editorial: Behind the scenes
Planning a shoot is one of the most stressful things to do. In this case it was the total opposite...I had the most amazing team who helped put together this amazing editorial shoot for My wedding day magazine, issue 9. There comes a time in a stylist career when she either finds a photographer, a hair and make up artist or designer which you connect with and create the most beautiful images. In this case I have found just that!
Adel Ferreira was the photographer assisted by Jomeri Mouton. Adel is one of the most talented photographers I've worked with and we always have the best time working on shoots.
Yolande Du Toit was our hair and make up artist for the day and Sunelle and Margaux from Blank Canvas sourced and styled the decor for the editorial.
Before I share our behind the scenes with you I would like to show you our inspiration for the shoot. We wanted to achieve an old Hollywood glamour look and feel and wanted to create a romantic setting with candles, glass vases and fairy lights.
We had the pleasure of shooting on Webersburg wine estate in Stellenbosch. Call time was 12:00 and while Yolande was busy with hair and make up with our model Joyce from Boss Models, everyone unpacked and start setting up the first few shots.

That's all for now, please be on the lookout for the my wedding day magazine which will be in stores nation wide this December.
Thanks again for the amazing all girls team for working so hard to make this editorial the best! I had a vision but the end result is so much better!
xx

The weather looking not so great at the moment and we had a bit of a panic because most of our shots were planned to shoot outside...
Rozanne figuring out the fairy lights
Adel, Jomeri and Sunelle lighting all the candles
Rozanne dressing Joyce in the first dress
Adel in action while Rozanne is checking the images on screen. Jomeri is on standby should Adel need to change the light settings.
Looking through the images to see if we have the shot.
Joyce sitting at the piano waiting while Adel and Rozanne decides how to shoot this shot
While waiting for the rain to stop and for the sun to set we quickly had to create another shot as a back up plan should it not stop raining. Rozanne volunteers with a glass of wine to be the "model" for Adel's light testing. Vogue eat your heart out!!
Margaux and Joyce waiting patiently for shot setup.
After a long 12 hour shoot we all sat together and had an amazing dinner with a well deserved glass of red wine in the rainy weather.
